Provider examples
Healthcare market research agencies: services and examples
Specify the healthcare decision, the audience and whether you need recruitment, a custom study or wider commercial analysis. Ask each agency to separate those services in its proposal so that scope and fees can be compared. The six provider examples describe published services spanning clinician and patient research, brand measurement and product decisions.

About this guide
The provider examples describe published healthcare services, with a focus on the US, UK and Europe. Official service pages were reviewed on October 26, 2026. Inclusion records an advertised offering, not an assessment of delivery quality. The proposed team, audience feasibility and project terms need to be confirmed for each study.
ResearchList is sponsored by Versive. Other providers do not pay for inclusion. Versive appears where its documented capabilities relate to the topic, with sponsor labels on comparison entries.
Define the healthcare decision and audience
Write the decision in a sentence before writing a screener: for example, choosing a communication route, understanding a barrier to adoption or deciding which product concept deserves further development. Then identify whose experience can inform it. A physician's account of a patient journey and a patient's own account offer different perspectives; decide whether you need one or both.
Separate the audiences in the proposal. Specify professional roles, relevant experience, care settings, countries and languages. For patient work, ask how eligibility will be checked without collecting unnecessary detail. Have the agency explain how recruitment and the session format accommodate the people you want to hear from.
Separate fieldwork, research and consulting scope
A fieldwork quote and a full research proposal may both promise interviews while delivering very different work. Request the same breakdown from each provider under review: design, recruitment, incentives, moderation, translation, analysis and reporting. Specify whether you need an evidence presentation, a dataset, a workshop or an ongoing tracker.
For a multinational project, ask for feasibility and responsibilities by country. Start with your priority markets and add others because they change a decision. International reach is useful only when the proposed team can explain how local context will affect recruitment, questions and interpretation.
Assign responsibility for study software
For an agreed remote interview, survey or digital concept-testing study, Versive can provide the study software once the agency has identified and recruited the appropriate participants. It supports AI-moderated conversations, structured questions and tests of prototypes or websites with real people.
Specify who approves the study materials, manages participant invitations and consent, and reviews the findings. Evaluate specialist patient or healthcare-professional recruitment with the agency separately from the choice of research software.
Confirm the team, methods and deliverables
Use the proposal discussion to test judgment. A useful partner should explain the tradeoffs in its recommended approach and identify what the study cannot conclude. Ask the proposed delivery team to talk through an anonymized deliverable.
- What would make the recruitment plan infeasible, and what would change first?
- Which findings will be based on new participant research, existing data or modeled estimates?
- How will the team handle an unexpected or sensitive participant disclosure under the project's agreed procedures?
- What will the final output allow us to decide, and what uncertainty will remain?
Provider examples
These descriptions summarize published services. Confirm the scope, team and availability for your project with each provider.
| Provider | Published services | Questions to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| M3 Global Research | Specialist recruitment and healthcare fieldwork | Ask who owns study design, moderation, analysis and the final recommendations. Require feasibility for your exact specialty, country and eligibility criteria; a broad panel description does not answer that question. |
| Sermo | Physician insight with survey delivery support | Separate community access, custom research and existing insight products in the quote. Ask how respondents will be verified and whether the proposed sample answers your question about physicians, rather than substituting for patient evidence. |
| ZoomRx | Brand and promotional performance over time | Ask which measures remain comparable between waves, how changes in the sample will be handled and which recommendations come from primary research versus other data or AI-assisted analysis. |
| Trinity Life Sciences | Research linked to commercial and product decisions | Ask for a clear boundary between the research workstream and wider consulting. Have the team explain the assumptions behind any choice model, forecast or recommendation and how contradictory findings will be reported. |
| Inizio Ignite | Combining custom studies with existing healthcare research | Ask what the existing research actually covers: markets, conditions, fieldwork dates and available cuts. Confirm which team owns the custom work and distinguish licensed findings from data commissioned exclusively for you. |
| Psyma | Healthcare research spanning pharma, medtech and dental markets | Name the relevant healthcare category and countries in your inquiry. Ask for the proposed local team and a recent comparable project, rather than assuming the group's broad sector coverage means equal depth in every specialty. |

Common questions
Is a healthcare panel provider the same as a research agency?
Some providers offer both participant access and research delivery. Confirm the purchased scope. Recruitment alone does not automatically include questionnaire design, interpretation or recommendations.
How can a small first project be scoped?
Describe the specific decision and request a design proportionate to it. Compare the proposed team, audience feasibility, deliverables and total cost. The service descriptions here do not establish minimum budgets or prices.
